Mirrlees Duggins

Mirrlees Duggins is the Territorial Business Office Director at the Virgin Islands Department of Education. In this role, she oversees critical financial operations, including payments, reconciliation, and budget management, ensuring precision and efficiency in all processes.

Born and raised in the US Virgin Islands, Mirrlees discovered her passion for business and finance early on. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Barber Scotia College and later completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at the University of Maryland University College.
