Rikki Orsini brings over a decade of experience in government and public policy. She currently serves as the Director of Policy in the Office of the Governor of Guam, where she provides strategic leadership on policy development and implementation. Prior to this role, Rikki served as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Guam Legislature, contributing to the advancement of legislative initiatives.
Rikki’s leadership extends across various organizations at the local, regional, and national levels. She is a member of the Guam Election Commission, serves on the Staff Advisory Council of the Western Governors Association, and represents Guam on housing policy in the National Governors Association.
A proud alumna of the University of Guam, Rikki holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, both earned with distinction.
