The Economic Monitoring and Analysis Program

The Economic Monitoring and Analysis Program (EconMAP) is managed by the Graduate School USA and primarily supported by the Department of the Interior's Office of Insular Affairs.  Supplemental program funding has been supplied by the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank, among others.  EconMAP was established in 2006 with a dual focus on the Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Since 2011 EconMAP has also supported the Republic of Palau.  In all three freely-associated states, EconMAP monitors economic performance and assists with annual comprehensive updates of fiscal and economic statistics.

EconMAP publications include Economic Reviews, Economic Briefs, Economic Issue Papers, Policy Notes, and Technical Notes.  Publications are organized by jurisdiction and are available to download through this website.  Additionally, EconMAP team members regularly deliver technical presentations to inform policy deliberations throughout the region.
