The PITI-VITI Team

PITI-VITI program staff offer extensive Pacific-based experience in public administration, public financial management, human resource development, and project management. Our depth of experience helps ensure that the development and delivery of training and technical activities reflects the needs of insular government organizations and employees. In addition to the team members listed below, the Graduate School USA staff of 100, and extended team of over 1,200 instructors and contractors, also support our work in the insular areas. Monique serves as Program Manager for the Pacific and Virgin Islands Training Initiatives (PITI-VITI). She works with eleven insular governments to provide annual training and performance plans, manages new programs to meet client needs, and determines the scope of work for instructors and consultants to meet training delivery requirements.
