Ciara Santiago is the Program Specialist for the Pacific and Virgin Islands Training Initiative (PITI-VITI), providing expertise and assistance in programming relating to the delivery of customized on-site training and consultation, regional conferences, and overall program administration to eleven insular governments throughout the Pacific and Virgin Islands.

Ciara has diverse field experience working with governmental and non-governmental organizations internationally and within the United States. She has a background in community development, impact evaluation, and program management. She earned a Social Impact M.B.A from Brandeis University and an International Business B.B.A from Brooklyn College.
