Judy is the Pacific and Virgin Islands Training Initiatives (PITI-VITI) Office Manager and Program Specialist. Judith ensures all office operations, and procedures are organized and maintained. Judith is also responsible for ensuring that the PITI -VITI program adheres to the Graduate Schools best practices, policies, and procedures. Judith assists, tracks, and maintains PITI-VITI annual budgets, reconcile all Accounts Receivables and Account Payables, and supports the management of all consultant contracts. She has over 25 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Finance.

Judith earned her master’s degree Central Michigan University (MSA) and her bachelor’s degree from Hawaii Pacific University. Judith also served 8 years in the United States Navy as a Telecommunication Specialist.
