Ribka Kintaro is the Program Manager for the Family Services Unit in the Bureau of Public Health & Human Services, Ministry of Health & Human Services, Republic of Palau. She oversees programs focused on Child Protection, Domestic Violence Services, and Individual or Family Social Services. Ribka has over nine years of experience in the Ministry of Health & Human Services, working across various departments, including mental health, substance use, and social and community services. She supervises social service providers and collaborates with programs supporting aging individuals, persons with disabilities, and families affected by domestic violence.

Born and raised in Palau, Ribka attended Xavier High School in Chuuk, an experience that reinforced her commitment to leadership in her home, community, and nation. She later moved to the United States, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with concentrations in Psychology and Religious Studies.

Ribka is passionate about helping vulnerable populations and continues to dedicate her career to promoting social equity and well-being in her community.
