Dolse Shoniber currently serves as the National Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator for the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Program under the World Bank Portfolio in the Marshall Islands. In this role, she supports the development of the Monitoring & Evaluation Framework, monitors project progress, identifies areas of risk, and ensures timely submission of progress reports from the Project Implementation Unit (PIU). Dolse also works closely with lactating mothers and families with young children (ages 0-5) across the RMI, including the remote Neighboring Islands, to facilitate enrollment in the ECD-II program.
During the COVID-19 lockdown in the RMI, Dolse organized and distributed over 300 care packages for low-income families. She is also actively involved in fundraising and donation efforts to support families in need, including those who have lost their homes. Dolse advocates for training and development opportunities, reflecting her commitment to community service and improving the well-being of others.
Before joining the ECD-II project, Dolse served as the Human Resources Director at the Ministry of Finance for six years. In this capacity, she managed human resource operations, including compensation, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations. She also led efforts in performance and talent management, employee recognition, and training. As part of the Ministry’s management team, Dolse championed the voices of employees, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Dolse earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of the South Pacific in 2017, double majoring in International Business & Marketing and Management & Public Administration.
