Kevin Bautista is the Executive Director to the President at Northern Marianas College (NMC), where he serves as chief of staff. In this role, he coordinates the College’s executive agenda, develops policies and strategic initiatives, and leads high-priority projects. Kevin also conducts trainings for the Saipan Chamber of Commerce, the NMC Community Development Institute, and CNMI government agencies.
Before joining NMC, Kevin served as Press Secretary and Communications Director for the CNMI Office of the Governor, managing strategic communications and leading crisis response efforts for the CNMI COVID-19 Task Force and during natural disasters like Super Typhoon Yutu. He has also interned in Washington, DC, with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management under the Obama administration and participated in the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) National Leadership Academy.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with minors in History and Asian Pacific Islander American Studies from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Public Administration Degree with a Certificate in City and County Management from the University of Southern California (USC) Sol Price School of Public Policy.
