Darla Babauta is an accounting professional with over four years of experience overseeing the Division of Finance & Accounting in the Republic of Palau. She manages key functions, including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, and Government Travel, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations that uphold transparency and accountability.
Darla collaborates closely with public sector agencies and private vendors, playing a critical role in supporting the ROP National Government Audit by overseeing reconciliations, adjustments, and compliance documentation. She also actively participates in strategic initiatives as a member of the Debt Management Working Group and serves as a board member for the ROP Social Security Administration since 2023.
