Ms. Adeeshia Imaderang Tellei, also known as Imade, is the Director of the Outreach Department at the Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC). In this role, she supervises a team of twelve and manages various outreach programs while ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.

Before becoming Director, Imade briefly served as a Communications and Outreach Officer and previously worked as the Executive Coordinator, where she supported the CEO and the Board of Directors. She actively contributes to marine conservation and community engagement efforts and is involved in several NGOs and community groups, including Create Belau, the Belau Association of Non-Government Organizations (BANGO), and the Taiwan Squaad.

Imade holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy (2019) and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs (2020), both from Ming Chuan University.

Outside of her professional commitments, Imade enjoys fishing, va’a outrigger paddling, and staying informed by reading the news. She is also passionate about leadership development opportunities, such as the Executive Leadership Development Program, which she believes will enhance her management skills, people-to-people relations, and personal growth.
