Jacquiel Fredericks works as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the University of the Virgin Islands. She is responsible for the coordination and implementation of University-wide Human Resources related projects. Current projects include HR training for the University, upgrading on-boarding and off-boarding standards, and continuous upgrades to the People Admin system. She is also currently working on the paperless initiative for the Banner system, and provides managerial support. Jacquiel attended Northwood University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of International Business Management. She also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. Upon completing the Executive Leadership Development Program, she plans to use the lessons learned towards the improvement of her community.
