Vallynna Gippin serves as a Staff Auditor for the Office of the Public Auditor in the Yap State Government. Ms. Gippin is currently representing Yap State, Office of the Public Auditor, as a participant in the Cooperative Performance Audit of preparedness for implementation of Sustainable Development Goals within the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). She is an Auditor In-Charge of an ongoing audit and is responsible for everything throughout the audit process, including gathering, examining, and analyzing, while assisting with other audits and evaluations conducted by The Office of the Yap State Public Auditor. In addition to her current duties, she has been entrusted the responsibilities of an Agreed-Upon Procedure in collaboration with the FSM National Public Auditor. She has also coordinated Interviewing Techniques and Fraud Awareness training to help develop the professional auditing skills of others. She attended the Community College of Micronesia where she studied Hotel and Tourism Management as well as Accounting courses.
