Stanley currently serves as the Administrator for the Division of Trade & Investment, Department of Resources & Economic Affairs as well as Executive Director for Kosrae Home Improvement Program, Kosrae State Government. Stanley supervises 13 employees, 5 for Division of Trade & Investment and 8 for the Kosrae Home Improvement Program. For the Division of Trade & Investment, Stanley and the team are responsible for promoting and issuance of foreign investments, promoting and coordinating export activities, and promoting and coordinating private sector activities. With the Kosrae Home Improvement Program, the team is responsible for the issuance and receiving of applications, managing loans disbursement, monitoring the progress of the projects, collecting loan payments, and coordinating USDA Rural Development projects for the Kosrae state government. Stanley graduated from the Community College of Micronesia in accounting and has attended numerous short term trainings at various institutions including University of Guam, Guam Community College, and Association of Small Business Development Center Annual Conferences in San Diego, Maryland, Houston, and New Orleans.
